Week 8

Air Force - The Falcons face a very tough test as they travel to Utah. The Air Force defense is very good but will have their hands full with Ute QB Terrance Cain and RB Eddie Wide. Prediction: Utah 27 Air Force 17

Colorado State - The Rams host San Diego State on October 24th. The Rams are coming off a beating at the hands of TCU while the Aztecs gave BYU all they wanted. Colorado State, 3-4, will have the support of their home crowd which will be the difference. Prediction: Colorado State 27 San Diego State 24

New Mexico - The Lobos look to get in the win column when they host the struggling UNLV Rebels on October 24th. This is a big game in terms of morale as New Mexico hasn’t won a game in 09 and UNLV has been dominated of late. The Rebels stop the streak. Prediction: UNLV 31 New Mexico 20

San Diego State - The Aztecs return from a tough loss to BYU. QB Ryan Lindley was very impressive in the loss. The Aztecs will travel to Fort Collins to face Colorado State in a matchup between two evenly matched teams. The home crowd will be the difference. Prediction Colorado State 27 San Diego State 24

UNLV - The Rebels look to break a 4 game losing streak when they travel to New Mexico on October 24th. QB Omar Clayton will have a big day as the Rebels break the streak. Prediction: UNLV 31 New Mexico 20

Utah - The Utes host a very tough 3-3 Air Force team on October 24th. The Falcons’ three losses were against good teams in close fashion included a 20-17 loss to #8 TCU. Although TCU & BYU are getting most of the attention in the conference; the Utes still have their eyes on the MWC title. QB Terrance Cain will be the difference. Prediction Utah 27 Air Force 17
