Air Force at Colorado State: The Falcons got a break in their schedule and took the most of it as they dominated the Rams 34-16. Air Force ran for 271 yards as a team in the victory. The loss was the 6th consecutive for the Rams. Next: Air Force will host rival Army on November 7th. Colorado State travels to UNLV.
UNLV at TCU: The #6 Horned Frogs thrashed the Rebels of UNLV 41-0. TCU continues to put a quality resume together as they pursue a BCS bid. Next: TCU will travel to San Diego State on November 7th. UNLV will host Colorado State.
New Mexico at San Diego State: The Aztecs escaped with a 23-20 victory over winless New Mexico. SDSU QB Ryan Lindley threw 3 touchdown passes in the victory. Lindley will have a much tougher test when they face the vaunted Horned Frog defense. Next: The Aztecs host TCU and New Mexico will travel to Utah in pursuit of their 1st victory of the season.
Wyoming at Utah: The Utes pressured Cowboy freshmen QB Austyn Carta-Samuels throughout the contest holding Wyoming scoreless in the 2nd half. Utah benched QB Terrance Cain for freshmen Jordan Wynn in the 2nd half. Wynn finished the day with 82 yards passing and a touch down. Next: Wyoming will face a difficult task when they host BYU on November 7th. The Utes host winless New Mexico.
